När jag beställer biljetter på SJ tycker alltid att det är så konstigt att jag måste godkänna att de följer PUL. Kan de inte ha interna processer för det?

Ack ja, det är bara ett av de oändliga exemplen på hur illa utformad SJ:s webbplats/bokningssystem är.
